Women’s Health Month –small change BLESSONS IN WELLNESS

"It’s hard to “Be Well” while holding on to self-defeating habits. At some point, change must come. The secret -  start small."

 

My small change approach to living my best life grew from two things: 1) my innate gift of systems thinking – I’ve always sought patterns and connections within complicated situations and, 2) lessons learned along my journey from caterpillar to becoming a wellness butterfly – what I call small change “Blessons” (blessings hidden in lessons). Sharing them is what keeps me singing a happy tune.


So this week, as I continue the conversation on improving health outcomes for women, I’m sharing my Key Principles of the small change Wholistic Approach to Wellness. I hope they will spark something within you, and remind you that every big transformation begins with one small change.

Harnesses the Power of the Pen – Putting pen to paper transforms thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. 

Adaptable – Fits any lifestyle and can be practiced anytime, anywhere. 

Nurtures Spiritual Wellness – The pivotal foundational cornerstone that guides and supports all other aspects of wellbeing. 

Grounded in Gratitude – The gifts of gratitude unlock a fuller life, even in adversity. 

Empowers – Gives you practical tools that put you in control and help you navigate life’s challenges.
